Care

Our furniture is finished with Briwax to protect the surface and bring out the natural character of the wood. With a little care, your piece will stay looking great for years to come.

Wax Top-Up

Apply a light coat of Briwax approximately once a year to keep the finish fresh. High-use surfaces, such as desks, may benefit from more frequent re-waxing. After applying, allow the wax to haze and then buff with a soft cloth.

Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For marks or spills, use a cloth lightly dampened with water (not wet). Avoid chemical cleaners, bleach, or silicone-based sprays, as these can damage or smear the wax finish.

Refreshing the Finish

If the surface becomes dull or shows light scuffs, apply a thin coat of Briwax. For deeper marks, gently rub with extra-fine steel wool (0000 grade) in the direction of the grain before re-waxing.
